Wafangdian Longyuan Machinery Factory lies in the south of Liaotung Peninsula-Lidian Town in Wafangdian City of Dalian, where has an advantage in traffic and pleasant climate. It covers a total area of 10,000 m2 among which the construction area is 6000 m2. We can produce various products of Gray Iron, Ductile Iron and Cast Steel with an annual output of 7000t-8000t, which are mainly exported to USA, Europe, Japan and Korea. We have complete testing instruments and have passed the certificate of BSEN ISO9001 Quality Manager System.

Our main equipments include 0.2-1.5t intermediate frequency electric induction furnaces, 2sets of 3t of Cupola, 10t heat treatment kiln, 150kw heat treatment electric furnace, physical & chemical laboratory, and various machining equipment including CNC etc. So we not only can provide the castings but also can provide the finished products.

The materials that we are producing at present are mainly as follows: Gray Iron, Ductile Iron, Carbon Steel, High Manganese Steel, Alloy Steel and Wear-resisting Cast Iron etc. Our main finished products are break discs, mainly exported to other countries.

We can produce our products in accordance with the following standard: Chinese GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN, BS and ISO ets., or depending on the customer's demands.
